A: To qualify for the lower First-Class postcard rate, your mailer must be rectangular, at least 3.5" high x 5" long, and no larger than 4.25" high x 6" long. Our 4" x 6" size is perfectly optimized for this.
- Q: Can you mail a 5" x 7" or 6" x 9" postcard?

A: Yes. All of our standard postcard sizes can be mailed through the USPS. Be aware that dimensions over 4.25" x 6" no longer qualify for the First-Class Mail postcard rate and will require standard letter postage.
- Q: Do you offer direct mailing services?

A: We require all design files to be set at a minimum of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) to guarantee a crisp, high-quality, professional print without pixelation.
- Q: How much bleed do I need to include in my design?

A: Please include an extra 0.125" (1/8 inch) bleed around the entire perimeter of your design. For example, a 4" x 6" postcard should be submitted at a size of 4.25" x 6.25".
- Q: Should I submit my files in RGB or CMYK?

A: All files should be converted to CMYK color mode prior to submission. CMYK is the exact color process used for commercial physical printing, ensuring color accuracy.
- Q: Are envelopes included with standard postcards?
